Effective teaching is based on both teachers and students to follow the objective law of the teaching activities, with the highest efficiency, the optimal speed, the best benefits to teachers and students to promote a comprehensive and sustainable progress and development,so that teachers must have the effect, and students learn effectively, achieve the full realization of three-dimensional target:the students' knowledge and skills, process and methods, emotional attitudes and values. Since the teaching activities created, the majority of teaching workers and educational researchers of different ages have been exploring the implementation of effective teaching approach, every age has a different subject, the experience is abundant, but as a modern teaching concept, its history is not long. Effective teaching, which originated from the western scientific teaching movement in the 20th century,drew the attention of all countries, and have largely influenced middle school language teaching. Especially after the implementation of new curriculum reform in particulur, the language teachers should reposition the language teaching objectives, and also need to study how to carry out effective language teaching approaches of the middle school under the guidance of the new concep. Effective language teaching not only has the general characteristics of effective teaching, but also has the unique characteristics of language subjects. Effective language teaching follows the learning of the language rules, creates appropriate language learning environment, adapts the law of the studentis'physical and mental development to efficient, low consumption of language teaching. Through the listening, the teaching and the surveys, I learned from theory and strategy to research the effective language teaching of the middle school. Though the current language classroom teaching observation and analysis, I found many problems, for example:Lack of language lessons language taste,the teachers is out of the modern human consciousness,simply in order to reform and the reform of teaching and so on. So the efficiency of language teaching is not high. Teachers teach hard, and students learn so boring., To solve these problems.with the cognitive learning theory, humanistic learning theory and constructive learning theory, I proposed effective teaching strategies in several aspects, effective lesson planning, effective teaching, effective evaluation, effective reflection I hope it can improve the language classroom, to promote teaching activities of the two sides orderly and effectively.
