Content abstract:With the development of the new curriculum reform, integration of both research and training has become the trends in the new situation. Meanwhile, the Monitors have undergone great changes in their roles and duties. Nowadays, because the Monitors are engaging in integrating research and training, they have to create new research and training models, which, to help teachers give full play to their initiative and creativity, need to vary from unipolarity to interactivity, from closure to openness. The Monitor should set up the concept of "teachers oriented". They should encourage more teachers to join in and experience the joy of active cooperation and exploration, and further, make more teachers change their attitude, opinions and behavior. Besides, the Monitors need create an open and harmonious environment where teachers will study the interesting issues, discuss freely with their colleagues, and consult the Monitors for help whenever they have problems. To sum up, in order to improve teachers' initiative and efficiency of training activities, the Monitors and teachers should set up a fellowship community. In the study, a variety of methods are used, such as literature, comparative studies, field research methods, personal interviews and so on. First, based on the development needs of teacher education, the author points out the limitations of old research and training models and of the concept of the Monitors, and advances the significance of creating new research and training models. Second, the author discusses the feasibility of action research from the theoretical perspective, and advances the characteristics and the key problems in action research of research and training models. In the third chapter, based on his own working experience, the author discusses four research and training models, the "problem chain" model, the "double-optimized" model, the "three-tier lesson preparation" model and "training for all staff" model. And further explore the new models for different kinds of trainees in the process of the new curriculum reform. Finally, the author makes a summary and perspective of action research of research and training models.
