With the deepening of education reform, the traditional school-based training has been unable to meet the needs of teachers. Under the new situation of information technology in education, teachers' training based on the network has become an important way of current teachers' professional development. Teachers' training based on network has broken through the limitations of time and space to share the educational resources, as well as interactive collaboration among teachers, which could create a good environment for teachers 'professional development. But for now, the main problems for teachers' network training are that the types of activity analysis are not systematic and the application can be improved.In this thesis, through the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, the author discussed existing teacher training platform and training network activities systematically. Combining the adult learning theory, learning community theory, group dynamic theory, teachers' professional development theory and blended learning under the guidance of the theory, the author tried to build a network-based teachers' training mode and elaborate via practical cases. This thesis aimed to explore a new teachers' training mode based on network and provide reference for conducting teacher professional development activities under the network environment.This thesis is divided into three stages, respectively sorting out teachers' training activities based on network, constructing a new mode for teachers' training and analyzing some practical cases.1.Analyzing the relevant literatures home and aboard on the support for training platform and various training activities, the author summarized the types of teacher training activities based on network and the function, characteristics, process of training for each type, trying to solve those problems related to teachers' training.2.Through systematic analysis of the existing network of teachers training models and theories of adult learning, community learning theory, group dynamic theory, under the guidance of teacher professional development theory, blended learning theory, the author tried to construct a new mode of teachers' training based on network.3.The author analyzed network-based training activities and practical cases according to different patterns of teachers' training.
