Educational punishment has long been a controversial topic in the educational field.In recent years,with the advancement of educational punishment legislation,the attention of educational punishment is rising continuously.In this context,the study of educational punishment is of great significance.In the process of teaching management,the educational disciplinary actions carried out by teachers are guided by certain disciplinary concepts.Thought and knowledge determine and guide behavior.Therefore,in the concrete education practice,whether the teacher has the correct educational punishment concept appears to be particularly important.Based on this,this paper studies the present situation and cultivation strategy of the junior middle school teachers' educational punishment concept,in order to promote teachers to understand the educational punishment concept scientifically,set up the correct educational punishment concept,and restrict teachers' educational disciplinary behavior,in order to promote the reasonable implementation of educational punishment,so that it can better play its education effect in junior high school education,and promote the long-term development of students.This research mainly uses the literature analysis,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to investigate and study the present situation of the junior middle school teachers in S school of A city from five dimensions: The view of the essence of educational punishment,the view of purpose of educational punishment,the view of the function of educational punishment,the view of subject and object of educational punishment and the view of the method of educational punishment.The investigation shows that in the view of the essence of educational punishment,teachers attach importance to "punishment" and neglect "discipline";In the view of the purpose of educational punishment,its punishment is incomplete,and its educational purpose is weakened;In the view of the function of educational punishment,teachers identify with the positive role and exaggerate the negative role;In the view of the subject and object of educational punishment,the responsibility is not clear and the object of punishment is generalized;In the view of the method of educational punishment,the method of punishment is not flexible and lacks humane care.Through in-depth analysis,the factors restricting the formation of the junior middle school teachers' educational punishment concept are mainly three aspects: social factors,school factors and teachers' personal factors.The social factors include the bad guidance of public opinion,the impact of pluralistic educational thoughts and the alienation of traditional educational concepts;the school factors include the inadequate training of teachers related to education and punishment,and the lack of specific rules for the implementation of educational punishment,a lack of supervision and relief mechanism for educational punishment,and the unreasonable evaluation system of teachers' teaching work;teachers' personal factors include weak concepts of education and legal system,poor professional ethics and lack of wisdom in discipline education and so on.All these factors restrict the formation of the correct concept of educational concept of junior middle school teachers.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward that we can cultivate junior middle school teachers' educational punishment concept from three aspects.First,the strategies for strengthening external support: strengthen the function of the Educational Administrative Department,give play to the guidance of public opinion;Second,strategies based on the reality of our school: strengthen the training of teachers' knowledge of educational punishment,formulate the discipline implementation rules according to the school situation;In addition,strategies of paying attention to teachers' own: learn legal knowledge and raise legal awareness;renew educational concepts and improve professional ethics;improve educational wisdom and improve their ability to punish.
