With the gradual deepening of the process of curriculum reform, teachers, teaching and research level, research capacity are becoming important guarantees for the implementation of curriculum reform. To further enhance the level of research, refining research results, better practice the new curriculum, teaching and research will now be put forward as an important issue and considered reflection on teaching practice for teachers so as to provide specific guidance and reference for all aspects of teachingThis paper selects ten primary schools in Haibo Bay District Wuhai City as the object of study, using surveys, interviews and other research methods. According to the survey results, reflecting the current teaching and research activities, there are some problems, which restrict the effective conduct research activities and professional development of teachers, mainly in: "teaching and not research" or "teaching and less research". There are a lot of activities on teaching and research ---"Listen to layout, implementation of specific issues". Teaching and research are often concerned more in the teachers'teaching rather than students'learning. Teaching and research form is single. During the process of observation and evaluation of class, most of the sake of discussion is lack of research on general teaching issues and the general law summary. Discussions often lay down the law and long and the leading teacher and the authority teachers have the final say, the rest are always in a passive position. Open class often "shows" along with the superficial observation and evaluation……These problems are not resolved, you can not improve the teaching and research effectiveness of the activities, not to promote the professional growth of teachers and improve teaching quality and so on.After investigation and research, the research activities in Haibo Bay District elementary schools are now reflected in the establishment of research activities to strengthen the backbone of team and actively explore the way of teaching and research and carry out effective teaching and research activities, etc. The problems and the main reasons lie in understanding of bias, weak professional guidance, the lack of scientific evaluation system and single teaching and research activities; On this basis, with the theoretical and practical recommendations:the establishment of practical teaching and research system; strengthen the construction of teaching and research team, so that increase awareness in the minds of teachers teaching and research. With practice, we can explore effective modes of teaching and research and form a unique feature of teaching and research as well as further improve the data accumulation.
