With the speeding up of economic globalization,technology and education is playing an increasingly important role in the international competition.Therefore,it provides backward areas in developed provinces new opportunities and challenges to construct the first-class vocational colleges.At the same time,the new teacher incentive mechanism should more effectively stimulate the teachers' work enthusiasm and initiative.This research uses constructing the first-class vocational college as the background,and make Yuexi A vocational college as a respondent,through the literature material method,benchmarking analysis,case analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview method,to find the gap between Yuexi A vocational college and Shenzhen Polytechnic.In this thesis,how to the construct first-class teaching staff in vocational colleges in Guangdong province and Yuexi A vocational college teachers incentive problems and their causes are analyzed,and the backward area developed provinces first-class construction in high vocational college teachers incentive countermeasures are put forward.Compared with Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College,there are many problems in Yuexi A vocational college,such as the low overall level,,the lack of high-level talented persons and the poor service innovation ability and the low level of internationalization.As a result,in order to establish a first class vocational teaching staff,Yuexi A vocational college should innovate incentive mechanism,and fully arouse the enthusiasm of teachers;and it should increase the proportion of highlevel talented person.It should promote long-term planning and strengthen the cultivation of the young and middle-aged teachers;It should strengthen the teaching team construction,It should build the professional development platform for the teachers;It should improve the double structure of professional teachers with the help from enterprises.From the analysis data of questionnaire,we known that there are some problems in the teachers incentive mechanism in Yuexi A vocational college,such as: being lack of demand for different levels of teachers' knowledge,and the workload calculation is not scientific,and the education training system is not sound,and paying too much attention on the scientific research ability and despising teaching ability,and the system management is too serious,the main reason is not formed for teachers' work motivation,teachers post allowance did not reflect on the quality of teaching motivation,teaching and research incentives imbalances.Based on the above analysis,we known that if Yuexi A vocational college want to realize the goal of first-class construction in high vocational college,the backward regions in developed provinces should improve teachers' incentive mechanism,especially should pay attention to material needs,and should establish scientific and flexible compensation mechanism;and should attach importance on mental need,retaining talent in career development;Pay attention to the appraisal fairness,cogent accomplish optimum fatigue optimal reward;Pay attention to on-the-job training,building perfect training system in the long run.
