A Study On The Satisfaction Of Higher Agricultural University Student's Management

To train high-quality expertise for rural and agricultural is the basical functions of agricultural colleges and inevitable no matter from traceability in terms of history or logic dictates of view,. In the situation of the current building new socialist countryside and improving the quality of the macroeconomic context of higher education,the position and role of students'management are more and more important in higher agricultural education,the research of the satisfaction degee about the management of agricultural colleges is urgently required.This study suggests that students not only is the core of university stakeholders-customers, but also is an important evaluator of the service quality of higher education, therefore, the theory of customer satisfaction degree is applicable in the field of higher education, namely, satisfaction of student management is feasible. Through the research of the satisfaction degree of the student management, the advantages and disadvantages about the management of student would be found, and valuable information is provided for education management and decision-making bodies and also better services are provided for students, so the overall development of students is promoted, really "student-oriented."On the basis of the satisfaction degree of the student management, this paper surveys the various services using "Student satisfaction questionnaire" on the management of Hunan Agricultural University students, Statistics and analyzes and count up the collected data to calculate various service satisfaction index through the SPSS software.Then, the advantages and disadvantages of the student management services in Hunan Agricultural University are analyzed, and responsed measures are proposed to increase the satisfaction of student management.Through investigation, it is concluded that undergraduate students of Hunan Agricultural University in the school are comparatively satisfied with the overall impression management, which also feasibility satisfaction survey of student management is feasible.
