The rapidly developed informationization in education accelerates the development of education itself, and this development ask higher qualified teaches. Teachers are not only required to master necessary teaching skills, but also required to be familiar with informationize. Teachers have to learn information technological skills and improve the skills to us information technology in working. Under the new circumstance, it becomes very necessary to conduct instructional technology training among teachers. The instructional technology trainings have existed in China for a long time, and they can be divided into two categories, namely Mid-primary instructional technology and High school instructional technology, according to their practice field. This article will focus on high school instructional technology.According to the instructional technology training experiences in Yunan University, the writer elaborated the application of cloud computing in instructional technology for high school teachers, and summarized a model to apply cloud computing in instructional technology within high school teachers.This article consists of five parts:Part one:general introduction of cloud computing. This part will briefly introduce the born of cloud computing, concept, main service form and typical application, corn technology, cloud computing platform, domestic and foreign development and the application of cloud computing in education.Part two:analysis of current situation of high school instructional technology. In this part, main character of high school teachers, educational skills and structure and training demands analysis will be introduced.Part three:blend learning model based on cloud computing. This party will shift its focus to teaching assisting by cloud computing, blend learning model based on cloud computing and the choice of training platform.Part four:examples of application of blend learning in high school instructional technology. The writer will elaborate the function characters of Google cloud computing platform and the application of blend learning model, according to an example "instructional technology training website in Yunnan University".Part five:rethinking and prospect. Some shortcomings will be discussed and necessary further studies will be mentioned.
