Education as the most populous Henan province, education lag behind the developed regions, has been the focus of national education reform provinces. Mainly reflected in the insufficient number of teachers, the overall quality, and distribution of imbalance.2, material resources:sports (Hall) is increasing the number of construction quality is also improving. Student outside the site area 4.12 m2, room 0.22 m2, the Ministry of Education has not yet reached the required standard, and with the developed areas is not a small gap. In addition, sports (gymnasium) in the lower level of management, lack of management talent.
