In the 21st century, the dialogue has quietly become the subject of education, this thesis research perspective on dialogue theory to analyze the current status of secondary school teacher-student relationship and causes, and strive to build on this basis, to seek harmony, democracy, equality, teacher-student relationship ideas and strategies to access to education reform, the level of practice and theory of inspiration, and then provide follow-up for educational reform and development of research platform.This paper contains a total of four components, namely introduction, the dialogue between theory and theoretical part of teachers and students, secondary school teacher-student relationship and the status of the investigation part of the theoretical background of the dialogue between secondary school teachers and students build parts.Introduction to some of the major topics of this paper is the reason, the status of domestic and international research and the significance of this study, purpose, content and methods are discussed. Theory and theory of dialogue between teachers and students before some of the major theories of dialogue, itself a sort, then the theory of the relationship between teachers and students were discussed, and finally the two, based on the theory of dialogue in the Perspective of the relationship between teachers and students discussed . Secondary School Survey of teacher-student relationship is mainly discusses the purpose of this study, the specific content and research design and analysis of survey results. Last part of the theoretical background for the dialogue between secondary school teachers and students build, mainly discusses the theoretical background of the dialogue between secondary school teachers and students the principles and the path to construction. Focuses on equality, subjectivity, difference, openness principles for the construction, dialogue and build a good hard environment and soft environment, thus optimizing relevant educational links and build a harmonious vision of teachers and students.
