As we all know, teacher-student relationship has been the priority in theoreticaland practical concern, which is the most basic and principal kind of relationship inthe school teaching. The proper Teacher-student relationship directly affects theactual effect of classroom teaching. Good teacher-student relationship willundoubtedly play a significant role in promoting classroom teaching, physical andmental growth of the students and even the campus culture construction. Because ofthe important role it carries, teacher-student relationship becomes the focus ofworldwide research in education reform. As one of numerous social relationships,teacher-student relationship constrained by the impact of social, economic andcultural backgrounds is constantly changing and developing.With our deepening implementation of education reform, the voice of givingteachers and students more humane care and rectification of the traditionalteacher-student relationship is increasing. Campus life is an important stage in thelife course both for teachers and students. The way to improve the quality ofteaching, happiness in teaching and learning activities between teachers andstudents, their living conditions in schools is that we must optimize the existingrelationship between teachers and students to build a scientific and reasonablemechanism for interactive dialogue exchanges.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. In is to sort out the research background on thetype of equal dialogue in the relationship between teacher and student.Teacher-student relationship has not only been a focus of academic research in theareas of our education, but also a cliché but timeless topic. Especially with the greateconomic and cultural development of society, social and individual put forwardhigher requirements to education. Coupled with the implementation of manyeducation reform initiatives and deepening the concept of gradual change peoplesideas of education, teacher-student relationship also will be changed accordingly.Many puzzled and confused problems in high school-teaching have sparked my recollection and thinking of the teacher-student relationship nowadays. Therefore, inthis part, I will give further explain the students-teachers relationship andphenomenon of high school.On the basis of questionnaire and interview data in Yi nan high school, thesecond part will clarify the status and teacher-student relationship problems incurrent high school. First, with the further reform and sustained attention of theentire education sector, teacher-student relationship turns around.Secondly, due to the traditional mode of teaching, management and evaluationmodel still dominant, the existing relationship between teachers and students is ofvarious disadvantages and problems.The third part is to analyze the necessity and possibility of equal and dialogicalrelationship between teachers and students;The fourth part is to sort out the principle of it;The fifth part is main emphasis of the article. The author focuses on givingstrategies in the construction of equal and dialogical relationship between teachersand students of the high school in the current environment.
