No matter how The Times change,how the education develops,the teacher,the student in the education two major bodies and the relationship between them always attracts our attention.Middle school students are in the stage of rapid physical and mental growth,with large emotional fluctuations and rapid psychological changes.Harmonious teacher-student relationship can help them to pass the adolescence smoothly,maintain healthy physical and mental development,and maintain high concentration of attention,which is an effective guarantee to improve the effectiveness and quality of education.This paper studies the relationship between teachers and students from the perspective of social support,and strives to provide references and Suggestions for teachers' work,so as to effectively promote the formation of harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Based on the theory of social support,this paper adopts empirical research method to investigate the current situation of social support between teachers and students in two middle schools in Shanghai.Firstly,this paper measures students' social support from five dimensions of instrumental support,information support,emotional support,companionship and intimacy,and value affirmation,and measures teachers' social support from five dimensions of government,school,university,family,and students' parents to analyze the current situation of teachers' and students' social support.Secondly,it analyzes the current status of teacher-student relationship,including intimacy,conflict and satisfaction.Thirdly,correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to explore the relationship between social support and teacher-student relationship,and to explore the influence of social support on teacher-student relationship.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the current teacher-student relationship,this paper proposes the construction strategy of harmonious teacher-student relationship from the perspective of social support.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of social support and teacher-student relationship,this paper finds that the social support of junior middle school teachers is relatively low,which affects the support of teachers to students.Both teachers and students lack correct understanding of the importance of teacher-student relationship;Teacher-student relationship is dominated by teaching relationship;The lack of emotional communication between teachers and students andthe inequality in the process of communication between teachers and students are prominent.In order to solve the problems in the teacher-student relationship and construct the harmonious teacher-student relationship,this paper puts forward the construction strategies from the two aspects of perfecting the social support system of teachers and the social support system of students.The strategies to improve the social support system for teachers include: improving related policies to protect teachers' rights and interests;Provide training and lectures on teacher-student relationship;Reduce the workload of teachers;Create a good campus interpersonal environment;Teacher training is practical in education.The strategies to improve students' social support include: treating students equally and treating them as a whole person;Understand the students,understand the students of the spiritual world;Care for students,and students emotional integration;Accompany the students and establish a close relationship with them;Affirm the students,keep the students hope.
