As the leader of network science and technology in a well-off society,college students often suffer from cervical spondylosis,mouse hand,obesity and other problems,and their physical indicators are declining.Yoga has a variety of sports values in one body,but there are many categories and different fitness functions.This study chooses female non-sports majors as experimental subjects to carry out the experimental intervention of stream yoga and Yin yoga.The main purpose of this study is to explore the changes of physical fitness and body composition of female non-sports majors by stream Yoga and Yin yoga,in order to find out the two different types of yoga for non-sports majors.The differences of body composition and physical quality of female college students provide some references for future college teaching.Sixty female college students enrolled in the Yoga elective course in Teda Campus of Tianjin University of Science and Technology were selected and divided into two groups according to the teaching arrangement: the flow yoga group(n=30)and the Yin yoga group(n=30),respectively,for 16 weeks of flow yoga and Yin yoga teaching.Thirty female college students were selected from the third year students in Teda Campus of Tianjin University of Science and Technology as the control group(n=30).During the experiment,only routine study and life were carried out without any physical exercise.Statistical analysis of the data of body composition and physical fitness before and after the experiment is carried out,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Effect of Streaming Yoga on Physical Composition and Physical Quality of Non-sports Major Female College StudentsAfter 16 weeks of Flow Yoga training,the body composition of female non-sports majors can be significantly improved.After 16 weeks of Flow Yoga training,the speed quality,strength quality and flexibility quality of female non-sports majors can be improved.(2)Effect of Yin Yoga on Physical Composition and Physical Fitness of Non-sports Major Female College StudentsAfter 16 weeks of Yin Yoga training,the body composition of female non-sports majors can be significantly improved.After 16 weeks of Yin Yoga training,there is no obvious effect on improving the speed quality,strength quality,endurance quality and sensitivity quality of female non-sports majors,but it has a very significant effect on improving the flexibility quality of female non-sports majors.(3)The comparison of the effects of stream yoga and Yin Yoga on the body composition and physical quality of female non-sports majorsAfter 16 weeks of training,the training effect of the flow yoga group and Yin yoga group is relatively consistent.After the experiment,the training effect of the Yin Yoga group is more comprehensive than that of the Yin Yoga group,but the training effect of the Yin Yoga group is better than that of the Yin Yoga group in the aspect of flexibility.
