Analysis Of Influencing Factor And Welfare Function Of Rural Elderly Association

Our country has been into aging society for a long time, and the phenomenon of aging in rural areas is more severer than that in urban in our country. "Urban-rural dual economic structure" has been carried out for a long time in China, which brings out social unfair, characterized the deficiency of social security supplyment and serious deficiencies of Social welfare provision to the rural elderly in social security field. The weakening of family support function have caused the bad situation in living condition, life quality and demands of rural elderly.In recent years, the rapid development of the association for rural elderly is playing an Increasingly important role in rural areas, especially in the rights protection for rural elderly vulnerable groups, welfare supply and improvement of the spiritual quality of rural elderly. Also, It has reduced the government stress in rural welfare supply and improved social welfare for rural elderly. However.as a new Non-Profit Organization in china. the lack of experiences and direction,has leaded many problems and dilemma in the development of the association for rural elderly, which not only obstacles the further development of the association for rural elderly,but also limits the welfare supply for rural elderly.Therefore, drawing extensively on the basis of relevant academic research results and experiences in this paper, the author carried out empirical studies to investigate the situation of association for rural elderly in improving the welfare of rural elderly and analyze the problems. The study is divided into four sections:The first part (Chapter 1,2) discusses the theoretical background of this study. In the first chapter, Association for the rural elderly and rural old-age benefits of the related literature were reviewed and summarized. In the second chapter, the idea of this study, core concepts, theoretical basis and research methods are made.The second part (Chapter 3,4) discusses the background and Development Association of the rural elderly in detail. In the third chapter, the relevant descriptive analysis of the background of the establishment and development of the Association for Rural Elderly in the Y town have been carried out. Next part Specifically analyzes the current situation of Association for Rural Elderly in providing old-age benefitsThe third part (Chapter 5)finds out that there are several factors affecting the function of the association for rural elderly.
