Research On The Characteristics Of Personal Needs On Postgraduate Education

Since our country has become a world major power on graduate education and on its way to the super power, how to sustain a good momentum must be take into account. Thus, to master the individual demand through research is of great significance for the adjustment and perfection of graduate education policy.Through the analysis of questionnaire, this thesis analyzed current domestic graduate's individual demands and features from various aspects. Firstly, according to the human capital theory and the hierarchy of needs theory, it put forwards an analysis framework of personal demand, includes demand, orientation, timing, purpose and intensity. Secondly, it draws up a graduate personal demand questionnaire based on aforementioned framework; and make a quantitative analysis to its results; thirdly, a qualitative study is given to study the individual demand's features and reasons of how those features is generates from five aspects; besides, some policy suggestions are also provided, includes stimulate demand to maintain the positive develop state, adjust the demand and supple to optimize the graduate education structure, guide the demand to form a positive and robust individual demand pattern.
