The Research Between Postgraduate Education Demand And Structure Of Gansu Province In2012-2020

With the Western Development and more and more government policy supports，there is an increasingly demand for specialist at high level in Gansu for itsadvancement on economy and community accordingly. Postgraduate educationprovides human resources and intellectual resources for industrial structureadjustment， therefore it has a great significance to the implementation of thestrategies like "prosper the Province through Science and Education" and topromoting the development of regional economy.According to the present educational situation of Gansu province， the article，on the basis of human capital theory， economical growth theory， regionaleconomical theory and backward development theory， by using qualitative analysisand quantitative analysis， static analysis and dynamic analysis， macroscopicanalysis and microanalysis，sticking to contacting theory with practice，analyzes thecoordinated development between the industrial and the postgraduate educationalstructure by the model of empirical analysis. This paper studies the relativitybetween postgraduate educational structure and industrial structure by applyingcanonical analysis of multivariate statistical analysis.The article can be divided into four parts， as the beginning of this research; theintroduction part mainly presents the background of the research， the presentresearch situation， the purpose of this study and its significance， the researchcontent and some statement of the concepts as well as the procedure and methods. Inthe second part， the author analyzes the industrial structure according to Gansu’sactual situation. The author also studies the postgraduate educational structure asfollows： regional structure， hierarchical structure and professional structure andtype structure.The author also analyzes the current situation， the existing problemsand the contradictions arising from the industrial structure and the postgraduateeducational structure. Part three conducts empirical study on the coordinateddevelopment between the industrial structure and the postgraduate educationalstructure in Gansu province. The forth part provides the countermeasures respectivelybased upon the above discussion.
