With the popularization and popularization of higher education,the quality of higher education has attracted close attention from academia,government and society.In recent years,the scale of postgraduate students in China has been expanding,and the management of postgraduate students has become increasingly tedious,which has brought great challenges to the management team.At present,China's postgraduate management team has some problems,such as low degree of specialization,“management” being greater than “management”,and management ability needs to be improved.Qualitative and quantitative methods are used to carry out research on the influencing mechanism of management team construction level on postgraduate development,which is of great significance for cultivating high-quality postgraduates.Based on the theory of service quality and relevant models,and based on the actual development of Tianjin's postgraduate management team,this thesis constructs the mechanism model of the influence of management team construction level on the personal development of postgraduate students.This thesis introduces the perception of service quality.Taking 3 dimensions of the construction level of graduate management team,4 dimensions of service quality perception and 3 dimensions of graduate personal development as latent variables,it summarizes 23 observation variables and puts forward the hypothesis of this study.Then,the questionnaire was designed and distributed,and 250 valid data were obtained.According to the data,the structural equation model of the influence of the construction level of management team on the personal development postgraduates was constructed,and the influencing path was analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis results,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of postgraduate management team quality.The conclusions of this thesis are as follows: Through the analysis of the path coefficient among the latent variables,it can be concluded that professional spirit has a positive impact on academic ability,professional skills and personality,professional ability has a positive impact on academic ability,professional skills and personality,and management style has a positive impact on academic ability,professional skills and personality.
