An Research On The Current Situation Of The Practice Teaching System And Optimization Strategy Of Social Sport Majors In Guangxi's Colleges

The Social sport major is a new branch of physical academic subjects, which is designed to serve to adapt to our county's fast growth of economy, the promotion of the national fitness program and the meeting of demand of high level inter-disciplinary sport talents. The practice teaching system can better improve the pratical ability of the socail sport majors, making them more adaptive to the social demand and be more creative. Meanwhile, this system can enhance the teaching effect and quality, regulate the teaching behavior and facilitate the sustainable development of the social sport major.This thesis has conducted a research concerning the current situation of the practice teaching system of the social sport major in seven colleges in Guangxi by employing a series of research methods, such as the documentary data method, questionnaire method. The writer has done surveys in different schools on the cultivation goals, periods, content and form of the internship, practice bases, appraisal of the teaching practice, students' pratice ability and the labor market and provided the relevant data and information from the questionnaire answered by the experts, employers and students.The main contents of this thesis are as follows. Firstly, this thesis makes a scientific definition of the practice teaching system and the relevant theories. The practice teaching system of the social sport major is referred to as a scientific teaching system which is based on the experiece and reflection of the practice of social sports over the past ten years. This system is directed to cultivate the special practical sport talents who can meet the need of the social sport development and aims at boosting the development of the social sport industry, fostering the practice ability and creativity of the students. This scientific system takes the practical situation and major features into consideration and focuses on the relevant teaching activities and process. These teaching activities are including military training, labor practice, experimental classes, example teaching, social practice, document writing and scientific research, the special qualification and competition, teaching internship, thesis and guidance of job hunting. Secondly, this thesis has found some problems by analyzing the current situation of the practice teaching system in Guangxi's several colleges.1, the orientation of the cultivation system is too general and is lack of pertinence.2, the focus of the cultivation system in those colleges is different. There are different majors set in those colleges, such as the coach of the community social sport and gym instructor, the coach of the community social sport and traditional sport major, the sport tourism major and sport industry.3, there are advantages and disadvantages of the the courses syetem and the relevant documents of guidance to the social sport major has to be constructed.4, there is a lack of the practice teaching bases.5, the periods and the credit of the courses vary in different school. Some of the schools has included orientation, situation and strategies, before-job training and guidance before graduation in the teaching system.6, the bases of practice are mainly the school, and followed by the fitness center, club and social commuties.7, the time of the internship varies in different schools.8, the form of the teaching practice tend to focus on physical training in schools.9, due to the difference of the resource of students, the knowledge backgroud, the form of social practice, internship and requirement of the thesis, the appraisal rating of the practice teaching system of Guangxi's social sport major, the content and the process of social sport major is less satisfied. 10, the graduartes mostly choose to find a job in schools, government departments, state-owned enterprise, sports industry and fitness club. There is a lack of talents providing special guidance in sports entertainment industry and public recreation.11, there is a gap between the supply and demand of the special social sport talents and the ability of the social sport majors, such as foreign language, computer and document writing need to be improved. Finally, this thesis has proposed five optimization strategies based on the practice teaching system of social sport and provided new contents and suggestions to improve this sytem.This paper aims to make some contribution to improve the effect and quality of practice teaching and perfect the construction of the practice teaching system by doing a research on the current situation of the practice teaching system and the releant optimization strategies in Guangxi's colleges.
