A Study On Paid Professional Social Practice Of Sport Major Students

Social practice is an important means to improve the students' quality in universities,in recent years,the contents of social practice become more and more colorful.It has been observed,there is a kind of social practice that students who specialize in aerobics,dance sports, badminton,swimming and so on create economic value by using their expertise in Beijing Sport University.Also this practice has a certain degree of scale and influence,however,researches about the practice is scarce.The article defines it as "paid professional social practice of sport major students"(hereinafter abbreviated if as "paid professional social practice"),then through methods of literature,survey,induced reasoning,experience summing-up and so on,this paper investigates cases from the principles of tidy and handy,based on the case study,the paper makes a sample survey,conclusions of the research are as follows:1.The paper takes the lead to bring out the concept of "paid professional social practice",it is a kind of long-term social practical activities that sport major students consciously create economic value by using their professional knowledge and skills after school.2.Forms of paid professional social practice are mainly coaches, teachers,referees,athletes,trainers in sports clubs,sports training courses,schools,sports competitions and so on.3.From the aspect of "improving students' abilities",compared with other forms of social practice,paid professional social practice have a unique spontaneity,autonomy,professional,paid,and long-term and so on.4.Paid professional social practice greatly improved the abilities of sports teaching,organizing and managing;paid professional social practice will greatly help mass sports in our country;paid professional social practice will guide and propel sports department reformation.5.Sports professional students will experience the improvement of technology,the rich pay;unlimited joy of harvest and so on if they study and train hard.Suggestions are as bellows:1.Sports professionals should strive to lay a good foundation and try to do paid professional social practice.2.In paid professional social practice,students must establish correct concepts and principles,doing for capability instead of cash; be clear that security is greater than all;strengthen the awareness of anti-deception;should pay attention to learn from experience;be able to overcome the double pressure.3.Sports professionals,students should make good use of winter and summer vacations for paid professional social practice.4.Social and professional schools ought to offer good chance for sports students doing paid professional social practice.5.We should do more research of paid social practice professional in order to better explore and serve mass sports style for sport school.
