As one of the aerobic exercise, aerobics integrate health, power and beauty. Beacauseof its new forms, easy to learn action, cheerful music rhythm and full of vigor, aerobics not only is the second most popular sport, as a fashionable sport, but also young people purpuse and seek sprit of the times. If aerobics is popular with high school, it is help to promote physical and mental health of students, improve social adaptation and push the full implementation of the new curriculum standards.In this paper, using five methods:literature, interview, questionnaire, statistics and logical analysis, study aerobics teaching seven major cities in Guangxi of 25 high schools.So this article,in these high schools, investigate 152 physical education teachers and 926 students.The result shows that:1. PE teachers can't understand the new course standard.Because the number of teachers is lack of and sports facilities is not perfect, practical teaching cannot carry out.2. In Guangxi city, the popularity of aerobics is not high in the schools, only 36 percent of high school open the aerobics course.3. No unified calisthenics teaching materials, most calisthenics teachers mainly through the CD, web and material gain the teaching content. Calisthenics teachers should be further improved in these areas:teaching methods, performance evaluation system.4. Sports teachers believe, in high school, two factors affect the teaching aerobics:the number of teachers and facilities. So calisthenics teachers think these factors. hinder aerobics teaching:in each class the number of students is very more,sports facilities doesn't complete and the basic of student is very poor.5.The proportions of men and women PE teacher is uncoordinated.That is to say, the number of men PE teacher is more than the number of women. Besides, most PE teacher are basketball and volleyball professionals, and calisthenics teachers is less.6. Calisthenics teachers can be competent to do teaching and training work. However, it still need further improve in that areas.7. With regard to aerobics, less students can correct understand. 8. Aerobics extracurricular activities rate is low. Flying club is a useful attempt in this area.9.As for sports facility, the demonstrative is better than non-demonstrative. In addition to this, in these areas, the demonstrative is better than non-demonstrative is also different:the popularity of aerobics and the implementation of the elective course. In other words, the former is better than the latter.As for these factor,which impact high school aerobics in Guangxi, article puts forward counter measures:1.The leaders, teachers and parents should change their minds, and pay more attention to physical education in high school.2.Government, local, school should be better communication each other.3.Government, local, school should strengthen the construction of teachers and improve professionalism of.4.School should improve and reasonable use playgrounds and facilities.5.School should be clear calisthenics teaching objective, and optimize the teaching content of aerobics.6.School should actively promote options education in high school.7.PE teachers should use modern information technology means.8.Schools should reform aerobics evaluation system in middle school in Guangxi.9.School should actively promote the club aerobics extracurricular activities patterns.10.School develop minorities aerobics curriculum resources in Guangxi.
