The High School Physical Education and health curriculum standards(2017 edition),developed by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China in 2018,was published in the People's Education Press.Further clear the location of high school physical education,optimize the structure of the subject,strengthen the effective implementation of the subject system.The basic concepts of this course emphasize respect for students' learning needs,developing students' love for Physical Education,and reforming the content and methods of teaching and learning.In terms of course content,we must focus on the study of students and the development of meaningful traditional sports and new sports,and promote diversified teaching methods.The emphasis is put on the cultivation of students' professional knowledge of Physical Education,emphasizing the systematic study of 1 to 3 physical education courses and the cultivation of core qualities.Since the introduction of Calisthenics into high school curriculum in 1988,Calisthenics has become an indispensable teaching content of high school physical education.It not only satisfies the different needs of high school students in physical training,but also stimulates the students' love of sports from the heart,promotes the formation of students' personality,and makes students form the habit of lifelong physical training.The author takes the current situation of aerobics curriculum in senior high schools directly under the Education Bureau of Qingdao as the research object,and takes the physical education teachers and students randomly selected from five senior high schools under the Education Bureau of Qingdao as the investigation object,by using the method of Literature,expert interview,Questionnaire Survey,data statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,this paper makes an on-the-spot investigation and analysis on the current situation of aerobics curriculum development in senior high schools directly under the Education Bureau in Qingdao and draws the following conclusions:1.There are many problems in the internal structure of the existing sports teachers.2.There is no unified,standardized teaching materials,aerobics class hours are very small.3.There are many kinds of teaching contents,but the teaching method is out of date and the evaluation system is single.4.Male students lack of understanding of aerobics,aerobics classes far more than the number of female students.5.Lack of suitable teaching space and necessary teaching equipment.6.The Indoor Aerobics Gymnasium has more perfect multimedia teaching equipment,while the outdoor multimedia teaching equipment is less.Based on the analysis of the survey data,the author puts forward the following suggestions for the development of aerobics curriculum in senior high schools directly under the Education Bureau in Qingdao:1.Strengthens the aerobics teacher troop construction,the introduction high level aerobics teacher.2.Gradually improve the imbalance between male and female physical education teachers,special structure imbalance,serious aging situation.3.Standardize the teaching materials of calisthenics and gradually increase the amount of calisthenics lessons.4.Class content is diverse,teaching method is novel,Teaching Evaluation System Is Perfect.5.Propagandizes the aerobics movement in the campus,enriches the student aerobics extracurricular activity the content,increases the schoolboy aerobics movement.6.Stadium offers a variety of equipment and multimedia equipment for the teaching of aerobics.
