Guangxi seize this good opportunity, follow the historical trend of rapid economic development, economic development needs the support of education, higher education, especially in developing talent seems important to use their own Colleges and Universities in the geographical advantage, and strengthen exchanges with ASEAN countries, as ASEAN, China to recruit students in one of the largest provinces.With economic globalization and political pluralism, different countries and different regions of cross-border higher education, cross-national, multilateral cross-cultural exchanges, strengthen cooperation, has become an inevitable trend of internationalization of higher education, higher education cooperation between Guangxi and ASEAN should be shipped born. In recent years, Guangxi foreign cooperation in running schools developed very rapidly, and gradually expand the size of school, school level and gradually increase, school system tends to be diversified. Cooperation between Guangxi and ASEAN higher education is conducive to promoting higher education reform and development of Guangxi, to foster an internationally competitive talents to promote bilateral cultural exchanges and cooperation. But with the deepening of cooperation in running schools, but also have unique educational system in Guangxi, quality, management and other issues. Therefore, the strengthening of cooperation in running schools in Guangxi is very important.In this study, a closely around the Guangxi region of China-ASEAN cooperation in higher education the theme of the origin of cooperation, cooperation in the favorable conditions, characteristics and problems in cooperation, in order to understand China Guangxi-ASEAN cooperation in higher education problems I Guangxi University, Guangxi University for Nationalities, Guangxi Normal University is responsible for the relevant cooperation projects with ASEAN leaders face to face interviews, and Guangxi Medical University, Guangxi Normal University and other related leadership in a telephone interview. Cooperation projects between the two sides understand that education model and management model. In this study, Guangxi Normal University as a typical case, and strive to make more focused and feasible countermeasures, there is the college of their common foreign cooperation in running schools, Guangxi Normal University based the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, universities and foreign cooperation in running schools in other the healthy development of the theory and practice has a certain reference. Thesis is divided into three major parts: the first is the first chapter explains the research background, research methods and research significance. The second part is the second and third chapters describes the history of higher education in Guangxi, the status of cooperation, collaboration features, Guangxi Higher Education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, taking advantage of good opportunity, Guangxi can use the experience of foreign education expand the size of school, improving teaching quality, and form their own strengths to attract more students discipline, expand employment opportunities of students. But the opportunities and challenges, Guangxi outflow of talent would have been a lot of talent scarcity is more a lack of higher education, education, the widespread impact of the education system will be greatly affected. The third part is chaptersⅣandⅤ, Higher Education of Guangxi-ASEAN cooperation in international problems, according to discovering, analyzing and solving problems the idea of a study, the Government proposed to implement the national government must be issued by the policy, as far as possible to provide favorable conditions for schools to provide timely and effective information, the school building to strengthen their own advantage, highlighting features and step up publicity efforts to the management for ASEAN students to increase investment, create a good living and learning conditions.In this paper, literature research interview survey research methods such as comparative law, focusing on theory with practice, commitment to cooperation in higher education in Guangxi problems and countermeasures, designed to the relevant government departments to develop and improve the quality of education at Colleges and Universities, and training related personnel to provide the corresponding theory and decision making for the western higher education provide a theoretical basis for cooperation. Based on the background and purpose defines the core concepts and related literature review conducted on this basis, determine the research ideas and research methods. Analysis of the history and development of Guangxi Higher Education status of cooperation between Guangxi and ASEAN Higher Education and Higher Education of the international background of international development needs to the internal needs of the development of internationalization of higher education in Guangxi is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.
