In the time when values and ideology are intertwined and impacted fiercely, Focus only on moral cognition and moral education, to develop a code of conduct educational neglect, have negative effects on students, especially those high school students whose life attitudes, views on world and value are in the stage of forming. The negative effect may lead to their misconduct which is reflected in their behaviors in family, school and society. Considering all of the misconduct deeply, we can see various factors which cause it, such as factors from family, school and society itself. If we study all of the factors, we can guide students effectively and conclude powerful evidence in education. To educate high school students, cultivate their abilities and guide their growth healthily, all of the educators may optimizati their study and living environment, enhance moral education and mental health, strengthen moral education team building and students'social practice and innovate evaluation mechanisms on students'communication.The thesis is divided into five parts:Part I, Introduction. It is mainly about background, status quo and significance of analysis on misconduct behavior of high school students. Part II, presents the definition of misconduct and defines the basic norms which high school students shall follow by. Part III, analyzes the status quo of high school students'misconduct in family,school and society. Part IV, goes to depth to analyze causes of high school students'misconduct behavior in terms of family, school, society and themselves. Part V, proposes countermeasures to solve the problem of misconduct educates and guides them to follow the countermeasures, so as to cultivate high school students into healthy, decent and civilized citizens.
