Yunnan Basic Education Policy Effects Analysis

The primary education is the basic of education dissemination, the implementatio n of governmental policy which is concerned to primary education will greatly influen ce the education. Therefore, the policy of primary education can be considered as the key of nation's education development. This essay based on 30 years history of the im plementation in primary education field of policy, by analyzing the consequences of the implementation and the successful examples of foreign cases, finally we could illu strate the suggestions on further development of primary education in Yunnan provinc e. The advices concluded in this essay could be very helpful for Yunnan and even for the whole nation.This essay can be divided in to 3 parts, which are firstly, the principles of primar y education policies. This part introduces the background, purpose and the methodolo gy of the topic, then there will be a paragraph of references regarding the essay's topic ,these references are including a dozen of researches concerning national and internati onal successful examples of the policies implementation, those researches have great nfluences to the formation of this essay. After all, another paragraph of definitions sho uld be introduced in order to explain the primary educational policies.The second part of the essay divides the 30 years history of Yunnan educational policies development into 3 segments which are 1st,1970s to 1980s,thebeginning of Yunnan primary education system development.2nd,1980s to 1990s, the growing period of Yunnan primary education system development.3rd,1990s to 2008, the soar ing period of Yunnan primary education system development. All these 3 segments are combined with a primary educational policies nalysis of compulsory educational and a detailed analysis of rural primary education.The third part analyzes the samples of Yunnan primary education policies,at the end of this essay, a problem list of primary educational policies in Yunnan province can be drawn, to answer these problems, the essay gives several reasonable responses and suggestions to the listed questions.
