Education should pay special attention to and promote each student’s learning quality,more need to teach students learning to learn,cooperate with people,and to use knowledge to solve the problem in your life.Chinese Taiwan area in the twelfth year of national basic education(hereinafter referred to as "church of twelve")policy formally implemented in 2011.In mainland China are also put forward in 2010,the city and the economic developed areas step by step to popularizing high school education.Twelve years of state religion in Taiwan in the entrance way.curriculum,teacher training,the respect such as tuition fees pay formulated the detailed rules,also has the corresponding effective feedback.Increasing years of national education in the whole world,education aims to cultivate the higher quality of national global background,on the basis of this study with literature method,factor analysis method,comparative method as the research method,twelve years of Taiwan church of policy text study.First of all,from the macroscopic point of view,this paper discusses the twelve years of state religion policy background factors,and the related theory and the connotation.Secondly,in the micro level,the twelve years state religion policy rules,specific implementation and its characteristics.Finally,compare the mainland popularizing high school education implementation results,summarize the church of England since introduced the beneficial experience of twelve.This research is mainly about twelve years Taiwan’s national religion policy text research.From a policy of relevant theories and expounds the connotation,background factors resulting from policies,to the twelve years analyzes the policy implementation and its characteristics of the church of England.Twelve years in this paper,we believe that Taiwan church of policy text features of enlightenment is:first,the core accomplishment for the spindle of curriculum reform.Second,combining the concept of curriculum reform and teachers’ professional identity.Third,an exemption entrance system planning in conjunction with university admissions.Fourth,multiple entrance examination evaluation mechanism.Twelve years thesis believes that Taiwan national education(hereinafter referred to as "state religion" twelve)policy can provide us with reference from the following several aspects:first,an exemption entrance,reasonable divergence.Second,reasonable planning curriculum,cultivate diverse talents standard.Third,high school comprehensive varieties,characterization,achieve neighborhood school.Fourth,the establishment of parents intelligences of values,promote the student achievement.Fifth,enhance the level of primary and secondary school teachers in an all-round way.Comprehensive popularization high school education in mainland China before,for twelve years of research,discussed in many aspects worthy of our,twelve years for the church of the existing problems and difficulties,the mainland also can be used as the future universal access to high school education alert and using for reference.
