Da Muyu village is one of the natural villages located in the side of Mosha River living Daiya people who belongs to the three branches of HuaYaoDai ethnic people. The people who have lived there don't believe in Buddhism, nor adopt Dai GanLan Style House and have no water-sprinkling festival; compared with the culture of the Xishuangbanna and DeHong area about the production mode, lifestyle, and traditional culture, ethnic relations, etc. the HuaYaoDai culture have shown a lot of different features, it is a miracle for Dai national minority culture.In recent years, from national policy, the influence of flow wave and Da Muyu's surplus labor force increasing have formed the outflow population increase annually; Meanwhile, the growing development of village tourism, agricultural commercialization and so on have attracted and will attract a large of populations to flow into the village. Population flow bring a great many different cultures for Da Muyu village. Acute vicissitude of society and culture are making the Dai traditional culture in the Red River valley to adjust and integrate constantly in material, folk-custom, and the aspects of the spirit of the people. Da Muyu people accept outside different culture and relatively well maintain the nation's traditional culture at the same time. Today's Da Muyu village is a modern and traditional mutual connection, the multicultural profusion complex and harmonious coexistence of state.Cultural changes are caused by many reasons; the people flow is one of the most important reasons. In this paper the author is trying to show confusion and bewilderment from different cultural collisions between the traditional culture and modern culture. And find out the ways of achieving the localization of different cultures; Tries to reveal the diversity of modern transitions of the ethnic traditional culture at the aspects of the combination of theory and practice at the primary stage of socialism through the example of Da Muyu village.
