Analysis Of Regional Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Population Transfer In Jiangsu Province

With the rapid development of economy and the change of population age structure,population resources,especially the top labor resources has become one of the important strategic resources.Under the background of the increasing scale of population flow,Each region focus on how to attract and retain the population resources.this paper,from the perspective of population flow in jiangsu province,combined with the related data from 1999 to 2015 year in jiangsu province,classifies the floating population and analysis the region characteristic and the influence factors of different transfer mode.Compare the different population transfer way by collecting relevant data,the following conclusions are drawn: the number of Non-permanent population transfer scale is greater than permanent population transfer;Significant differences were found between migration of southern jiangsu area scale,middle jiangsu area scale and northern jiangsu area scale;There is a contradiction between the population scale and the level of economic development,southern jiangsu still have a very large space can accept many people to transfer in and there are a large number of surplus labor in north jiangsu need to transfer out.All kinds of factors have an impact on the population flow,most of the influencing factors are the external environment.The region's economic development level,the social environment,culture,institutional environment and so on all have a significant impact on the people's migration decision,So different regions embace different ability to attract people transfer in.This paper focus on the aspects such as economic development,urban construction,the living environment,ect to find the differences betwteen the different transfer mode through the econometric regression method.The non-permanent transfer of population focus on economic interests,so regional economic income level and the level of open trade have a significant influence on their choice,but as time goes by,the pull force weakened;The permanent transfer of population paid more attention to improve the overall quality of life,so they will give comprehensive assessment to the region from economic,urban construction resources,ecological environment and consumer environment and so on.And local government policies have different impact to different transfer population,it means it has a strong pull force to the permanent transfer of population.According to the results:Southern jiangsu has obvious competitive advantage in the regional development and resources endowment,the transfer people pay attention to the improvement of quality of life and the region population transfer scale lags behind economic development,etc,the article puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions from the perspective of the household registration system,the regional economic development and regional industrial linkage,etc at last,hoping to help Regional government Formulate population planning and regional development.
