Education is a source of cultivating talents, teacher is the core of education. Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out, if a school would cultivate qualified personnel for socialist construction, and train talents'comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical, socialist consciousness, well-educated, the key lies in teachers. To strengthen the construction of teachers'team is the important and core work of promoting education career faster and better development, and is the key to improve the quality of education.In the new era, economic and social undertakings in Xinjiang are facing great opportunities for development. Meanwhile, how to seize opportunities to further strengthen the construction of University Teachers, and constantly improve the level of higher education in Xinjiang to promote local economic, social and cultural aspects of development, which have become a serious problem placed in front of the local government in Xinjiang.The dissertation, at the background of developing Xinjiang through science and education and strengthening it by talents, aims at prompting Xinjiang high education, by analyzing the development and achievements of teacher troops, and exploring the shortcomings and problems, and proposing suggestions to solve these problems. Full text mainly divided into four parts. The first part puts forward teacher troops construction, which has the characteristics of the times, through analyzing the development level of high education and teacher troops construction. The second part describes the overall of Xinjiang University Teachers, and reviews the history of its development, and summarizes the achievements, which are provided support for further study and basis. The third part deeply analyzes the construction of college teacher team, and the existing problems and the reasons of the problems. The fourth part, based on promoting the development of College Teachers of Xinjiang, with the forward-looking vision and system of scientific theories, puts forward to address these issues specific methods and measures. Research adheres to the combination of history and the times, the combination of theory and practice, and strives to make research both scientific, and practical.
