The deficiency of subjectivity among college teachers for ideological theory is one of the forefront subjects in theoretical research of ideological and political education, it is a further research and concreteness on the main ideological and political education in the beginning of this century; it is also a promotion to the further development of ideological and political education; meantime, it is the objective requirements of practical reformation and innovation on teaching methods and researches in this course. As for the construction of Ideological and Political Theory or the ideological and political education for innovation in teaching practice, the well aware that the problem of teachers' entity in colleges and universities, the deficiency of subjectivity should be recognized has important theoretical and practical significance.In order to study this topic extensively, a variety of research methods are required. In addition to the methods of linking theory with practice, to analyze specific issues, and other basic principles in writing this thesis, the writer also used literature research, historical research, comparative research methods and so on.This thesis mainly consists of five parts as follow:introduction, body, postscript,acknowledgement and literature cites, besides, the body contains four subsections.PartⅠilluminates the concerned definition of the teachers' subjective of Ideological and Political Theory, from the angle of two basic concepts related:subject and subjectivity, focusing on determining the concept of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers' subject and subjectivity, the deficiency of subjectivity, etc., for paving the way of further study.PartⅡshows the significance of research on Ideological and Political Theory Teachers' deficiency of subjectivity:follow rules of connection between the micro and macro, the theory and practice, to clarify the significance of the topic mainly from three levels. Firstly, be propitious to the dominant position of teachers in ideological and political theory teaching; secondly, help to promote the ideological and political education system; last but not least, it is conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education.PartⅢfigured out the performance and causes for teachers' deficiency of subjective: This part is the most difficult but most innovative one. At first, by drawing on the recent data from national studies, summarized the manifestation of teachers in the ideological and political theory course as follows:the misfunction of entity resulted from misunderstanding; the lack of professional autonomy resulted in low efficiency of education; the diffuseness of job burnout atmosphere leads to difficulty in mobilizing the initiative; creatively and emotionally sterile brought monotonous teaching activities. In order to provide the inherent and theoretical basis of the strategy, the thesis focus on the analysis of internal and external factors led to the main ideological and political theory of reasons for the lack of teachers' subjective.Part VI focused on the main strategies on the effectiveness of teachers'role in ideological and political theory courses. This is the ultimate goal and the innovation of this thesis. According to the former reasons of internal and external on ideological and political teachers' deficiency of subjective, the author suggested an comprehensive and operable strategy. On the educational philosophy, advocate a view of diversity interaction between the different subjects, to ensure that teachers over themselves; in terms of personal qualities of teachers, emphasizing the enhancement of professional autonomy of teachers and improve educational capacity; through the use of all kinds of force to improve the teachers'sense of vocation; building platform for teachers of ideological and political theory education in the way of excitation mechanism of colleges and universities and so on.
