The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, and the age of competition, the key of which lies in talent. Human talent is the first resource in knowledge economy, and human resource is the key strategy in the survival and development of an enterprise. As an organization faced with the increasingly intense competitive environment nowadays, only by managing its human resource effectively, especially giving full play to the creativity and initiative of the talents with background of high education or professional technology can the enterprise achieve its own core competitive ability, and furthermore gain the initiative in market competition. As the senior personnel trained by China's higher education, college graduates are deeply favored by enterprises. Most of the new employment opportunities go to the college graduates for their high quality and strong plasticity. However, because of the enrollment expansion policy in china, the amount of college graduates has been growing considerably; there has appeared relatively talent surplus in college students' employment market, and the employment pressure has reached an unprecedented level. Inconsistently, the demission rate for these years graduates keep very high. The conflict between severe employment pressure and frequent demission has brought about not only negative impact on both the enterprises and college graduates in different degrees, but also certain shock on the stability of employment market. Therefore, the research on the factors affecting the initial intention of the college students to resign in their early-career takes on realistic meaning.By researching and analyzing the document literatures, this paper reviewed the basic theory of talent flow and resign-related overviews. Combined with the interview results of some enterprise human resource directors and graduate demission personnel, the paper also constructed the factors-influential model of graduates'voluntary turnover in early-career, designed questionnaire and carried out empirical research. The main statistical methods used in the research involve project analysis, factor analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Some ineffective questions were deleted from the questionnaire through project analysis; in factor analysis some questions were rationally adjusted, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were verified; by the analysis of variance, the individual factors of college graduates' intention to resign were found out; through the relevant and regression analysis, the influential factors of college graduates' demission intention were concluded, and the predicted model was revised according to the results of the analysis. Finally, the paper advanced some countermeasures for the enterprises against the high graduates' demission rate on the basis of the concluded factors in the research.
