Entrepreneurship among university students not only contributes to the realization of personal accomplishment, but benefits to the transformation of social and economic development and industrial structure in China as well. Beijing is the educational center of China, located with a number of distinctive universities of China, and even of the world. The study of factors which may have influenced the entrepreneurship intention of university students in Beijing makes great sense. By scrutinizing the previous literature and concluding the achievements of existing research, the research has hypothesized the factors that may have affected the entrepreneurship intention of university students in Beijing from three aspects, including the personality traits, personal background and entrepreneurial environment. The research has conceived a serial of index of these factors. This study has collected abundant data via questionnaires and face to face surveys. Through analyzing data via SPSS software, the study has completed the hypothesis testing of the influential factors. This research assumes that students with personalities of adventurousness, activeness, conscientiousness and creativities possess higher entrepreneurship intention than others, it also concludes that male students are more likely to have entrepreneurship’s intention than females, while the grades, majors, born places and the average of annual household incomes have little impact on their entrepreneurship intention. The environment plays an essential role as well, namely the entrepreneurship education in universities, government support of entrepreneurship, family atmosphere, social internship experience and the development of social network. This research argues that government may play a supporting role to entrepreneurship intention of students in universities of Beijing, also via improving entrepreneurship education and guidance in colleges and universities and enhancing the support from community and family.
