Class is an important place for teaching and educating student in school.Reward and punishment is an effective way of education in class management.It is the necessary guarantee for the realization of class teaching task and an effective means to promote the all-round development of students.In recent years,the rapid changes in the internal and external environment of education and the new characteristics of the "00 after" educational objects have put forward new requirements for the effective use of rewards and punishments in class management by the class teachers.The main method of the study was literature review of relevant information,the research summarize and analyze on rewards and punishments at home and abroad in accordance with the perspective of different scholars,the related concepts were defined and distinguished;At the same time,the new situation and characteristics of class management rewards and punishments were analyzed in depth from the perspective of the environment and students;The effectiveness,ways,contents and cause of effectiveness of rewards and punishments were investigated and studied using questionnaires and interviews.Based on the survey of the X middle school in Beijing,the status,ways,contents and effectiveness of rewards and punishments in junior high school is basically outlined.Combined with teachers' interviews and experts opinions,this study is based on the new requirements of the new educational background and the new forms and characteristics of the class management rewards and punishments.On the basis of the investigation and analysis,three ideas and suggestions were put forward for the class teacher to adapt to the new situation and improve the class management rewards and punishments.Firstly,class management rewards and punishments to improve class management must adhere to the basic value of compliance;Secondly,in order to improve the class management rewards and punishments,the class teacher should respect the students' subjective status;Finally,the class teacher should follow a set of practical mode to improve the class management rewards and punishments.It is hoped that it can provide some reference for the class teacher to improve the class management awards and punishments and improve the class management level.
