Based on the research of teachers' rewards and punishments by the original scholars,this paper combines the actual situation of Shanghai X primary school teachers to use rewards and punishments to conduct research.It mainly studies the status quo,problems and causes of the use of rewards and punishments by primary school teachers in schools,and finally proposes effective reward and punishment strategies to promote the common development of teachers,students and schools.The study analyzes the overall situation and problems of the current primary school teachers using rewards and punishments by reading a large number of relevant literatures,and by means of questionnaires and interviews,and from the four levels of society,schools,teachers and parents to analysis,and finally explore the effective use of reward and punishment strategies for primary school teachers.This study analyzes the status of teachers' use of rewards and punishments from the following aspects:analysis of the use of rewards and punishments by different teachers,and the situation of different students being rewarded and punished.Studies have shown that primary school teachers have some problems in the process of applying rewards and punishments,including: the imbalance of rewards and punishments,the unevenness of rewards and punishments,the rigid form of rewards and punishments,the unsatisfactory occasions of rewards and punishments,and the frequency of rewards and punishments.According to the problems that occur when primary school teachers use rewards and punishments,the study analyzes the causes from four levels: society,schools,teachers and parents.Social factors include the impact of exam-oriented education and the impact of public opinion.School factors include: inadequate school legal system,limited economic conditions,and lack of relevant school training.The teacher factors include: the teacher's unscientific understanding of the reward and punishment means,the influence of the teacher's "stereo effect",the influence of the differencebetween the teachers,the lack of relevant professional knowledge of the teacher,and the teacher's failure to establish a science reward and punishment system.Parental factors also hamper teachers' use of rewards and punishments.Finally,this paper proposes effective strategies based on the above problems and their causes,including: the society should improve relevant laws and regulations to create a correct social public opinion orientation;schools should manage the system and manage teachers;teachers should establish correct reward and punishment concepts,Enhance teachers' own prestige and enhance teachers' reward and punishment art;parents should rationally treat teachers' rewards and punishments,strengthen communication between parents and teachers,and maintain educational consistency.
