| A policy on free-charge students in normal universities attracted extensive concern of education field and social circles since it was carried out in 2007.Also, empirical study, which bases on free educational students, attracted much concern of education researchers. Education is the first of development and teachers are the first of the education.The teacher is the vital domain of education management. For the study of free educational students,the responsibility and obligation of them is concerned more while their career happiness is conc ernedlessless by people.The problem of free educational students’ happiness is more and mo re obvious,serious. This study focus on whether free educational students have career happi ness physically and mentally,besides, the origins and factors of career happiness are also stu died in this paper. This thesis uses investigation, interview, referring to invest well-being of free-charge normal school students, analyses the effect factors, and raises the suggestions on the basis of these.This study USES the self-made questionnaire of "free normal professional well-being q uestionnaire". A total of 107 questionnaires, effective recovery of 105. Research using SPSS17.0 analysis processing data, based on the present situation of professional happiness of fre e normal descriptive analysis results, the further the correlation analysis of each variable, st udy the following conclusions:The well-being of free-charge college students is not optimistic. In the six dimensions, work conditions and social support are the key factors to influence well-being. The free-charge normal school students whose source places are big or middle cities are more likely to enhance their occupational well-being. The teachers who teach lowerer grade are more likely to have occupational well-being. From the sense of position, teachers who serve as class teacher experience career happiness likely with others. Teachers who work in urban areas are more likely to enhance occupational well-being. compared with teachers in different schools, the teachers who are in chief school of province are more easily experienc oppucational well-being. |
