Study On The Main Problems And Strategies In Contemporary College Students' Process Of Growing

The youth are an important force which is the most positive and the most vigorous in our society. President Hu Jin Tao once said "A far-sighted nation, always pays attention to the youth; A far-sighted political parties,always considers the youth as the major force that promotes the historical development and social advancement ".College students are the flowers of the youth, they are very precious human resources,the hope of a nation and the future of our motherland. They have a great weight of responsibility of succeeding the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and building a well-off society in an all-round way.Thus,whether they can grow up healthy and sound bears on the future and destiny of the Party and state,their quality will influence our country's well-off society and the process of the socialist modernization. At president,the process of market-oriented reform has made Chinese society change a lot, with the result that more and more college students are raising a lot of problems in their process of growing.The present situation of contemporary college students'development is being criticized by people:high suicide rate,offending against the law and disciplines, suspension of schooling and dropouts etc.These phenomenon can always be seen in national universities,they are reported repeatedly in news,all of this contrasts sharply with original intention to students'growing up healthily. Therefore,we must research the main problems in the process of contemporary college students'growing,find out the cause,take the correct measures to solve these problems.By strengthening and improving the work of ideological and political education, we make sure that the college students develop in an all-round way.This paper attempts to a nalyses of the topic from the following four parts and expects to provide a new thought towards the measures in depth studies on this issue.Chapter 1 summarized the background and the importance of this subject research, it introduces the current research status of related field and its shortcomings, and then proposes its own researching idea and method.Chapter 2 illustrated the primary work the auther had done before composing the thesis,then organize all the data obtained through investigate,at last the basic problems are summarized,such as love affairs, IAD (Internet Addiction Disorder),and so on.Chapter 3 analyzed the causes of these problems deeply, then take these causes as the breakthrough point to solve problems.Chapter 4 combined with the operation conditions and upgrading needs of CCP Central Document NO.16, together with practical experience of other colleges and universities, put forward the countermeasures.
