With our country higher vocational education vigorous development, improvingthe quality of personnel training has become an imminent question. Several studentsin vocational technical college share the phenomena: learning enthusiasm is not high,studying-weariness, it already seriously influences the development of students invocational college, reduces the quality of personnel training. In view of this, the paperaims at finding out the problems and manifestation of studying-weariness of highervocational college students, detailed analysis is made on this phenomenon.Firstly, this essay mainly introduces students learning, through the view of theparticularity of study, the reasons and researches the countermeasures.Secondly, analyze the factors causing study-weariness in theory, namely, thetheory of reason, the theory of expecting, the theory of demanding, and the theory ofself-efficacy.In order to find the source of studying-weariness and address it fundamentally.This thesis discusses the preamble by questionnaire and interview. It includes48multiple-choice questions. Several aspects is involved in the questionnaires: student’slearning interest and attitude, learning initiatives, the college curricula and faultyevaluation system. On the aspect of education, it draws the following conclusionaccording to the data analysis, the reasons for this are manifold:(1) weak foundation,improper method of learning (2) lacking of study motivation, the level of learning wasnot equivocal (3) lacking of guidance style of attribution (4) students could notilluminate the major (5) the courses is not appropriately arranged, textbook ischaracterless (6) the ranks of teachers could be increased (7) the system of evaluationis single (8) lacking of vocational counsel and psychological counseling.Last, this paper figures out the problem and analyzes the reasons, proposed somesustainable strategies to cope with it:(1) arousing the students’“motives of study”(2)instructing the students to form the appropriate style of attribution (3) adjusting thecurriculum mix (4) enhancement of the quality of teachers (5) improving the systemof evaluation (6) strengthening the vocational counsel and psychological counseling.
