Study On The Problems And Measures Of College Students To Participate In School Management

With the development of socialist democratization process accelerate ceaselessly, ourinstitutions of higher learning internal and external environment is becoming more and morecomplex, the university internal management system of traditional already did not adapt to thedevelopment of modern society, gradually from centralization to decentralization, fromdictatorship to democracy transformation. Effect of the western management thought in theirown students and the concept of governance, democratization process in Colleges anduniversities in China is accelerating, therefore, how to understand the students’ participation inschool management in the context of popularization of higher education can not be avoided,this problem has been put on the agenda.At present, our country is still at the starting stage in the development of students’participation in school management, student participation in the narrow scope, level is low,the effect is not ideal, therefore, based on relevant theories of literature and data on the basisof the analysis, from the actual situation of higher education development, the schoolmanagement system students and their legitimate rights and interests of the point of view, hasanalyzed our country at the present stage of college students to participate in schoolmanagement problems and related reasons, combined with successful practices andexperience of western developed countries, constructive views and measures on China’sCollege Students’ participation in school management is proposed, so that students in Collegesand universities in China to participate in the school management more perfect, more mature.
