Emergency Management Of Emergencies In Local Comprehensive University

In recent years, unexpected events have occurred frequently all over the world, many colleges and universities begin to focus on the emergency management of campus emergencies gradually. Colleges and universities are the supporters and carriers of higher education,and also the national training institutions of the pillars, if a sudden event happens at colleges and universities, it will affect the harmony and stability of the school, and even affect the harmonious development of society. How to prevent and deal with emergency cases timely and effectively, is very important to the university or the community.I believe that the University Emergency Management is the process when a threat situation is caused in the face of emergency, the education management of colleges take a series of organized, planned, stepped response behavior and dynamic management, and then form management bodies and develop emergency management plans, on the purpose of reducing and mitigating adverse effects to universities by unexpected events. To research universities, especially the emergency management of local comprehensive universities, in particular, is typical.This can not only provide the leadership of the school for theoretical and operational research, but also is an indispensable condition for realizing the successful change of emergency management from experience management to science-based management.I work in conjunction with their practice,take a comprehensive university in Jiangxi as example,make school teachers, school officials and college students work for the survey, and then understand problems of local comprehensive university in the emergency emergencies and the causes of these problems were analyzed,through questionnaires and interviews. Simultaneously according to prevention management, course stage management and post-project evaluation recovery management three aspects,Ⅰput forward some countermeasures and suggestions of emergency management.
