China's sports management system belongs to "the government leading". The typical representatives of social management are USA and Germany, etc. Theirs has more perfect laws and regulations system. And they attach importance to the cultural learning and sports training organically. The typical representatives of composite management are Britain and Australia. Compared with our sports talents training mode, they have a broader training target and selection channel and more scientific and perfect coaches training, management system. Russia and Japan belong to the government leading. So there are some similarities with our training mode. But they attach more importance to the club the important role in personnel training.
