Research On The Improvement Of Training Model For Our Country's Competitive Sports Talents By "Combining Sports With Education"

This article uses the means of literature material, interview, comparison, logical analytic. Beginning with the literature material, on the basis of the comprehensive understanding of domestic, exotic competitive sports in reserved talents raising system, this article analyzes the problems in the whole-nation system of raising athletics sports talents and the reason that caused these problems, then proposed that the basic solution is to perfect the "combination of sport and education" raising system. This article has done the opening prove of this topic.The author thinks that, the combination of sport and education is dialectical denial to the whole nation system of raising the athletics sports reserve talents. It has some specialties like paying equal attention to the sport and the education, the extra-curricular voluntary, the low cost, the high efficiency, the few side effects, and paying great attention to the full scale development of person's characteristic. "The combination of sport and education" experiences three evolutional processes from the realistic pattern to the ideal pattern. The current "combination of sport and education" has different problems in the sports system and the education system. To sum up, they mainly are the lack of the inclined policy, the unobvious social and economic efficiency of raising talents, the low raise quality and school benefit, etc.The main reason is "the combination of sports and education" system is imperfect and whole nation system's huge inertia. The way of perfecting "the combination of sports and education" system are: in the stage of middle school and elementary school, it depends on the schools' recognition, the parents' supports, the consummation management and the certain policy inclines; in the stage of university, it depends on 9 aspects that are the consummation of athletics sports management structures, the perfection of student athletes' recruitment system, training management, competition management, athlete's cultural study management, athlete's school register management, the competitive management of trainer selection, and the consummation of the financial channel of university athletics sports as well as the control of the study programs scale and the improvement of the athletics competition level.
