Kinescope-feedback teaching is a modernized teaching model applying video recording equipment to shoot students' skilled movement, teamwork and teaching internship situation so that the development of pertinence of teaching introduction, teaching efficiency and students' initiative can be achieved. It consists of on-site prompt (delayed) feedback and intensive multi-media feedback teaching after class through the comparison and analysis of teachers and students. The feedback teaching is summarized according to the integration of the principle of "Information Theory, System Theory and Cybernetics" and teaching practice. This teaching method changing the traditional expository teaching, that is a teacher teaching while students listening, leads the transition of information in class from unidi-rection to multidirection. Its feature is that under the guidance of teacher, students learn, think, summarize and create, then output the knowledge mastered using feedback to carry on the inspection, adjustment, choice and control of study on purpose to consolidate knowledge, foster capacity and develop intelligence.The paper applies five research methods, such as documentary research, mathematical statistics, expert interview and teaching experiment. On the basis of the present research state home and abroad, the experts cautiously analyze the theoretical base of "Feedback Teaching Method" andtheoretically verify the feasibility of "Feedback Teaching Method" during the physical teaching. This paper uses comparison experiment to study the influence of Kinescope-feedback teaching on motor skill acquisition, sports interests and psychological changes of college students through the study thread, such as setting the teaching targets, carrying out teaching evaluation and adjusting teaching feedback. It regards the technique of Fosbury flop teaching in track and field teaching in regular institutions of higher education as subject investigated. Meanwhile, the paper also provides real foundation for the updating of teachers' thinking in physical teaching innovation and the broadening of diversified teaching methods. Through four-week pilot study and twelve-week formal experiment, the experiment that forty students go on Fosbury flop in track and field optional class in Anhui Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering has been finished. Kinescope-feedback teaching was adopted in the experimental class while regular teaching method was used in the control class. Through the mathematical statistics of physical quality, learning interests, psychological effects, mastery of technique and achievement indicator of the students in the two classes before and after the experiment, the changing situation of indicators has been analyzed and the result of the experiment is as follows:1. During the Fosbury flop teaching, the adding of Kinescope-feedback teaching can efficiently enhance the students'mastery of technique on the basis of regular teaching so as to achieve apparent learning effects. Compared with the control class, the experimental class is much higher in some technique, such as run-up, run-up and take-off, layout and falling to the mat during the Fosbury flop. The apparent difference between the data in the two classes illustrates that the use of Kinescope-feedback teaching in the physical technique teaching is feasible and efficient.2. After experimental teaching, the achievement of the students in the experimental class is obviously higher than that of the control class in the specific technique. The result is an important base for the process of test. It is easy to find out that there exist some differences in the students' mastery of the technique and other aspects leading the diversity of the final performance from the difference of their achievement. It illustrates that Kinescope-feedback teaching plays an important role in improving students' physical performance.3.It can be found that applying "Kinescope-feedback teaching" can further accelerate students' learning interests, enhance their learning positivity and individual initiative as well as increasing their confidence and intelligent capability in Fosbury flop teaching.4. According to the application of "Kinescope-feedback teaching" in physical teaching, it can further consummate teaching method and improve teaching level. It can also flexibly conduct student to study efficiently so as to enhance teaching quality. Therefore, Kinescope-feedback teaching in Fosbury flop teaching has achieved great teaching effects. Based on the current physical teaching reform, Kinescope-feedback teaching is completely accordance with modern information science and technology involving in physical teaching. While on campus, college students can proficiency in one or two motor skills. It is beneficial to foster sports interests and comprehensively promote the progress of education for all-round development to lay the solid foundation for life sports activities.
