| The teaching of Fosbury flop is a compulsory course for the students majoring in physical education in China.As a skill-oriented project,it has the following characteristics: many technical links,great technical difficulty and long mastery cycle.At this stage,with the deepening of teaching reform,the number of class hours for high jump in physical education colleges and departments is seriously reduced,while the teaching procedures,methods and requirements described in textbooks have not changed accordingly.In this view,according to the technical characteristics of Fosbury Flop,this study enriches and optimizes the practice means of building a complete technique,and designs a combination exercise based on "turn-put" action.During the teaching process,the focus will be on the running jump connection and jumping bar connection technology,and the action details will be standardized in the framework of the technical link.By emphasizing the rotation of the limbs around the vertical axis in the take-off stage,and the lowering of the arms and swinging legs in the take-off bar stage,the "throw out" take-off power consciousness will be adopted to enable students to form a reasonable action rhythm,so as to achieve a more efficient back style in high jump technology teaching.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper takes four teaching classes(18-19 people in each class)of physical education major of grade 2020 in Xi’an Institute of physical education as the experimental objects,two of which are the experimental groups(A1 and B1)and the other two classes are the control groups(A2and B2),and carries out a 5-week back style high jump teaching experiment respectively,The experimental group was taught with "turn-put" combined exercises,while the control group was taught with traditional exercises.According to the results of the experimental examination course,this paper analyzes the application and effectiveness of the "turn-put" combination exercise in the teaching of back style high jump,and tests whether the teaching effect can be improved in the limited class hours.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in body shape and special quality between the two groups of students in each period.Under the same teaching hours and place,the technical evaluation and standard achievement of experimental group A1 and B1 were higher than those of control group A2 and B2,and there was a significant difference(p<0.05),indicating that the application of "turn-put" combined practice in the teaching of back style high jump can effectively improve the teaching effect.(2)Through the comparison of the high jump height before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group,it can be seen that after a round of complete technical course teaching,the scores of the two classes have significantly improved,but the high jump performance of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.(3)After the examination class,the students in the experimental group were investigated about their learning.It was learned that the students in the experimental group generally recognized the combined exercises adopted.The main performance of the "turn-put" combined exercises was that they not only mastered the running and jump connection technology and the pole passing technology,but also played a certain role in correcting wrong actions and establishing a reasonable sense of spatial position after taking off.Research conclusions:(1)Through the implementation of a round of teaching experiment for students majoring in physical education,the comprehensive results show that the "turn-put" combination exercise can achieve a better teaching effect in the teaching of back style high jump.(2)The teaching design of the experimental group is to carry out technical teaching with the concept of "speed as the guide";In the take-off technique,the "turn-put" movement structure is taken as the core practice content;The key point of teaching is the running jumping connection and jumping pole connection technology;The "continuous stretching" action was used for pole passing teaching.(3)The "turn-put" combined exercise is mainly a complete exercise,which is carried out around the cushion exercise from the beginning of teaching and gradually progressed.The teaching objectives is achieved,by putting forward to action requirements,standardizing action details,paying attention to the physical position of the practitioner in the key links,avoiding the occurrence of wrong actions,and gradually promoting the formation of motor.(4)The "turn-put" combined exercise is designed according to the theory of vertical axis rotation and pole up turning.In the run-up and take-off links,the rotation of limbs around the vertical axis is emphasized to realize the orderly and coherent rhythm of the whole take-off movement;In the link of flying over the pole,it is emphasized to lower the arms and swing the legs,and establish a reasonable and efficient force sequence through the opposite compensation of the limbs,so as to cultivate a good sense of position and air body posture. |
