An Analysis For The Establishment Of Art And Sports Specialized School For Common High School

In the 21st century,a strong emphasis is put on the knowledge economy.With the fast development of technology,knowledge economy and information society,the competition becomes more and more intense among countries.As the concept of sustainable development was deeply educated to person and put into practice,those problems in education that go against the modern concept start to catch attention.In this situation,the establishment of art and sports specialized high school and the improvement of education quality are essential to meet the needs of talents both for the international competition and for the development of society,technology and culture.Based on such idea,the establishment of art and sports specialized school for common high school is studied through a case study on the Ninth Middle School of Taoyuan in Hunan Province.This establishment is aimed to meet the requirements of the educational development on the basis of the current resources in Hunan Province.It will also focus on the difference and individuality of the students to achieve a diversified and all-round development for them.The brand of the school will be built and the school will have high vitality as well through this establishment.In this article,a cased study on the Ninth Middle School of Taoyuan is done to analyze the current status of the establishment of art and sports specialized school.The major methodology used is the survey and questionnaire to students and teachers on campus.It find out that the largest problem faced by the school are the low-quality of art and sports education and the lack of marketing work for such kind of activities.The most crucial cause of those problems are the neglect of art and sports education,the lack of teachers and the old teaching methods.At the end of this study,several solutions based on actual condition are put forward to solve those problems.The solutions are hiring more professional teaching staff,changing the old teaching methods,creating new teaching model with various activities and attaching more importance to art and sports education.By doing that,the school may develop in a more sustainable way and become more competitive.
