Establishment Study On The New Specialized Subjects Of Universities

The development of the higher education needs necessarily to enlarge the scope and increase the quantity of the new specialized subjects.So the new specialized subjects are being set up on the foundation of the society and economy' s needs, the conditions of universiyies, and depends on the policies,laws and regulations . They are a form of different discipilines of the higher education.It is a system engineering to set up the new specialized subjects. We must stand up the rules that the connection of quality and need to streng the participation of everyone.Each specialized subject in higher education institutions shoulders the responsibilities inthe specific socialcultivating all kinds of capable specialized persons at various requirements atvarious levels in quality and quality Levels. The specialized subjects act as the linkage between higher education institutions need establishing and managing functional mechanism.The study is about how to set up the correct model of the new specialized subjects and discusses about the installiation,permission,management and judgement of the new specialized subjects of the higher education universities.On the theory foundations,it puts forward three rationalization proposals:first, the installiation of the new specialized subjects must be qualified with the society needs;second,it also should be tally with the development scope of the universities; the third one,it needs to accord with the analysis of employment and build a scientific evaluation system.At the same time,the responsible department should streng the installiation and management of the new specialized subjects to promote the development and quality of the higher education universities.
