On the other hand, helpstudents form a good habit of exercise, the "lifetime sports" is the guiding ideology trulyimplement, enhance competitiveness.This article carries on the analysis using the method of literature, questionnaire surveymethod, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of occupational diseases of skeletalmuscle sports curriculum present situation of secondary school and Changzhou city Wujinarea prevalence; then on school physical education course in secondary vocational schoolset up and put forward the idea of how to prevent occupational musculoskeletal disorders.Obtained through research:1, the current secondary specialized school currently sports curriculum goals, teachingcontent of fuzzy set unreasonable, PE content settings do not consider students’ future investigation, occupational characteristics of sports teaching evaluation still follows thebasic situation of the evaluation system, at the beginning of high school physical educationteachers set is not ideal, the sports curriculum teaching material are still in use at thebeginning of the high school physical education textbook.2, through the analysis of the prevalence of9human anatomy, the waist of the highestprevalence rate; in the5types of work with the highest prevalence of metallurgy, followedby the construction, health care, finance, textile; length of service and the higher rates.3, according to the occupational musculoskeletal disorders symptoms, we recommendthat professional sports technology course reform and sports theory class of health care:physical education class is mainly the development of students’ flexibility, promote localblood circulation, the development of systemic exercise; increase the health knowledge ofthe contents of the sports theory class, increase the nutrition and health care, health care,sports health care and health care and occupational hazards prevention measures and otherrelevant knowledge about efforts to improve students’ consciousness and ability of thefuture conscious use of sports health care theory to enhance physical fitness, prevention ofoccupational diseases; at the same time also to the sports curriculum assessment methodsof reform, the assessment focus from result oriented examination before the change to thepay attention to the learning process.
