With the development of economic integration, competition internationalization and information network, the lack of human resources is increasing urgently. As the important base for training and supplying talents, improving the quality of educational services is not only a core mission of development and the basic requirements of construct higher power for universities, but also the strategic needs of national economic and social development. And the new requirements under the guidance of scientific development view as well. Freshman year is a special stage between high school and college and it may influence the entire period of study and life in university, so it is the key to higher education. However, freshmen year is a the least efficient and the highest elimination rate stage. Therefore, facing the important transition of age, psychology and stage of life, how to carry out guidance which is unified and personalized to help them understand the study and campus life in university rapidly so as to solve the various puzzles and contradictions arise in new environment, to regulate the state of study and mind, to achieve changes in life roles as soon as possible and finally engage study and campus life is an important subject of improving the quality of universities education.In recent years, major colleges and universities generally attach importance to freshmen entrance education and a variety of school education models appeared one after another. For example, the Experiential School Education, "Freshman Class" Education, "Counselor+Counselors assistant" Education, Mentor System Education and so on. It promotes the optimization of the freshmen entrance education. Anhui University began to carry out a set of freshmen entrance education for undergraduate students—the "Qihang Project" since 2008, intending to make freshmen be familiar with the university environment, acquire an initial professional learning method, develop self-learning ability, and thus can plan scientific and rational university life to achieve success by the adaptability education, professional interest education, training and learning education during the first year. To understanding the implementation results and problems of the "Qihang Project" comprehensively, this paper, based on collecting large amounts of data by literature research, will be use the "Qihang Project" as its background, to analyze the freshmen needs and social needs through survey research methods such as questionnaires survey and interviews. Then to summarize experience and try to build entrance education services system. On the other hand, new ideas can be provided to help students better from the perspective of education informational.This paper is divided into six sections; each section is summarized as follows:The first section is an introduction, mainly on the background and significance of topics, research ideas, methods and innovation and freshmen entrance education at home and abroad has been combed.SectionⅡis theories of entrance education, mainly on entrance basic theories in this field.SectionⅢdiscusses the concept, content, mode, method and education informational of entrance education. Then based on "Qihang Project "implemented by Anhui University, it is aim to survey and analysis entrance education from the perspectives of student's own needs and social needs.SectionⅣ, based on the first three parts, trying to building the entrance education system from the target concept, contents, methods and evaluation system.SectionⅤis trying to construct entrance education service website from the perspective of higher educational informatization, including guiding principles, composition and function of each template, the operation and maintenance of the website and site management.SectionⅥconcludes the paper by making advice on as well as envisaging the future research.
