The development of network information makes people's lives are not more convenient,but also makes people closer.Education as the founding of the country,the national prosperity should get into the network era.Educational information is the combination of education and the network,and information technology can promoted the education develop rapidly,which can influence and change the education system from ideological.With the “three links and two platforms" activities can be carried out from the school to the teachers and students,multi-level information technology open a road for the implementation of educational information.It is very important to strengthen the training of sports and promote the application of information technology in middle school PE teaching.The information of physical education can effectively pool the resources of physical education teaching,solve the educational differences arising from the imbalance of resources,enhance the communication and communication among teachers in the region,enrich the teaching contents and teaching methods,so as to improve the quality of personnel training and promote the reform of sports curriculum.This study will be based on Weishi County's physical education information status,with the "three links and two platforms" as the breakthrough point,this paper investigates the information construction and application of physical education in Weishi county's middle school,and we found difficulties in its construction and application of information technology and the lack implementation.The survey found that: Weishi County,a higher of awareness of physical education teachers and support sport information reform,the secondary information technology hardware facilities are relatively complete,but with Low utilization rate,the Platform resources has a large number of physical education resources,but the quality of resources is not high,the classification is not clear enough,the provincial educational platform has lack of physical education resources and other issues.There have lots of Network schools,but they are lack of management,the school's quality are not satisfied to students and teachers who are study out of school.They are lack of high-quality in the "one division and one excellent lesson",and the teacher network teaching resources utilization is low,network teaching and research,network preparation,network learning and other activities which carry out the degree of lack of sports technology and health knowledge class information technology and the integration of the classroom is low.The author put forward a number of targeted and practical strategies through above questions: First,information technology equipment to improve,so that each class can be used to multimedia equipment,increase the campus network coverage,strengthen the campus network management.Second,the comprehensive of ideological understanding,to carry out educational information and physical education information related lectures,with enhance the depth of their understanding of physical education teachers,as well as to understand its development trend.the responsibility of school network construction management,strengthen the school management,network construction and management to be responsible for the implementation of the people.Fourth,make the high-quality curriculum evaluation,which can enhance the quality of sports class,and carry out multi-level,multi-level quality class selection activities.Fifth,the physical educational resources segmentation,the various types of educational resources of various types of centralized integration and free of charge,which is convenient for teachers to find and apply.Sixth,network teaching and research,and routine preparation,which can often carry out different levels of network teaching and research,lesson preparation activities.Seventh,the specialization of sports training,which is for the characteristics of physical education curriculum to carry out the teaching of physical education teachers of the special training.To strengthen the teaching supervision and evaluation,so that the development of a sustained and conscious.
