21st century is an era carries out the full realization of farmers'urbanization in China. The first 30 years of the 21st century is also an acceleration of thecriticalperod of social transformation. Along with social transformation is the grand event- farmers urbanization, we should understand the law of its development, sum up the experience according to the former theory, then we can reduce the discordant tones of the farmers urbanization process, thus to reduce the cost of farmers urbanization to the minimum degree to guide farmers to citizens, this is the outward manifestation of the pursuit of new modern specific form. Modernization of agriculture, industry, national defense and science and technology are four major components of modernization in China. We have got a significant progress in the four modernizations process in the pace of urbanization and we have also obtained the progressive realization of modernization, but all these above are achieved at the cost of sacrificing the interest of farmers. China's rural population is seventy percent of the total population, if we improperly solve the issue of farmers, conducing to a result that rural area can not follow modernization pace to achieve modernization of agriculture, farmer and rural area, then the goal of urbanization in China is probably in stagnation or even resulting in many irreconcilable social contradictions lead to new social conflicts. The issues concerning agriculture, rural area and farmers urgently need to be resolved, meanwhile in the process of progressive realization of the modernization, a lot of land is requisitioned, as a result, thousands of years of agricultural production is replaced by industry, and farmers have to be replaced by "citizens "embarrassingly. Farmers lost land their and homes to survive overnight, turning into "citizen" which "quasi-citizen." This is the inevitable result, the only way, but the farmers will undergo dramatically changes in the behavior and psychology because of social changes. All the above is mainly in the psychological and behavioral difficulties faced by the population production, lifestyle, making significant structural adjustments in career and industry. The conflict between the existing culture and urban culture, and the need to completely change the behavior pattern and psychological state give famers the psychological burden and survival pressure, which have become a problem that the government and the community need to help farmers adjust in the urbanization process. How they adapt to urban life, how to adjust the conversion from the "peasant" to "citizen" status, which need we to be more patient in observation and research. This paper carries on a specific research and analysis on the aspects below after farmers'loss of land and become members of city, that is a research on behavioral and psychological adaptability, then the combination with national policy, social systems, obstacles farmers meet after the conversion and the farmers bring with them the good behaviors to the city, last is the behavior needed changes. The research contributes to promote the proficiency of the relevant guidelines and policies, thereby to raise the efficiency of economic operation in our society. Ultimately, we aim to reducing the bad social impact in conversion and help the peasants to make faster and better adaptation in the process of urbanization.
