The digit provided by the land resources department indicated that, at presentm, above 1/3 populace appealling for help attributed to the land problem, and about 60% directly caused by the land-levying, the land-lost peastent problem already expanded from the developed local partial social problem to the nationwide social problem, and social adaptation problem is outstandingly. Because the land-lost peastent belong to the passive urbanization mostly, the transition of system status has not brought the transition of self-approval promptly, so they face the irresistible cultural shake and lack the essential psychological transition and adjustment in the urban adaptation process, which caused the land-lost peastent unfit in city. So, understanding and Solving the social adaptation problem of the land-lost peastent correctly, is not only advantageous to urbanization development, but also related the social justice and stable, and the harmonious society's construction in the urbanized advancement.Taking the two land-lost peasant communities in Yangzhou city as an example, and based on the questionnaire survey and the interview method, this thesis described the social adaptation situation of the land-lost peasant, and analyzed the factors. The main conclusions are as follows:First, it is not easy for the land-lost peasant to obtain occupation. Their work status is unoptimistic, and nearly half does not have work or stable work. Surpassing half of those who obtained steady work have used the social capital. The land-lost peasants were mainly engaged in the processing manufacturing industry, the building decoration industry and resident service industry and so on. The majority belongs to the strongback social stratum.Second, the lever of the holistic occupation adaptation of the land-lost peasants who have obtained steady work is high. And the highest one is professional standard adaptation, next is vocational skill adaptation, the lowest one is occupational psychology adaptation. Human capital and social capital are the main influencing factors of the occupation adaptation, the better of human capital and social capital, the higher of occupation adaptation level.Third, the social intercourse cognition of the land-lost peasant has transitted. The land-lost peasants generally think that, in the current social intercourse, emotionality social intercourses are getting fewer and fewer, the utilizable social intercourses are getting more and more, and the social intercourse becomes freely, but also with the trust problem. The social intercourse structure of the land-lost peasant has transitted. The community intercourse starts to decline, and taking the professional role as the central contact becomes the important field of social intercourse.Fourth, the contact network of the land-lost peasant presents the following characteristics: the network size is becoming small, relative intercourses are the main, with high homogeneity and low non-uniformity. These characteristics indicate that the land-lost peasants have not integrated to the city social relations, and their social intercourses were maladapted. The professional vicissitude and the occupational strata are the main influencing factors of social intercours, but community's function waits for further studying.Fifth, in macroscopic aspect, the rural and urban dualistic structure and the placement policy for the land-lost peasants are the main reasons of their bad social adaptation. Finally, this thesis gives some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the better social adaptation of the land-lost peasant.
