The Students' Personality Of Changchun Vocational Institute And Its Education Effective Methods

The success of vocational education lies upon its effectiveness on forming the students' personality. This article mainly deals with the research on the education about the students' personality and behavior and the discussion about the effective method in educating them which aims to develop their health condition both mentally and physically, making them the suitable workforce for the society.With the rapid development of society and severe social competition, vocational education has been geared to meet to ability developing, the art of getting along with people, performing to one's full potential and promotion of one's comprehensive skill from emphasizing knowledge acquiring in the past only. The psychological and characteristic readjustment weighs more in the survival and developing ability in the society for the students studying in vocational institutes. But in fact, the education on mental part has been neglected or in other words, not sufficiently emphasized. The consequence of such phenomenon can be seen in the horrible campus murder event taken by Ma Jiajue, a senior student in Yunnan University and series invents occurred in other high institutes.At one hand, we are all shocked by such horrifying events and on the other hand, it reminds us the responsibility and importance of cultivating the students' personality.We can safely arrive at a conclusion that there exists defect in these students' personality which has been caused by their family,society, themselves and lacking of education about their spiritual aspect.Based on this background, this article takes the students studying in CVIT as example by researching the condition of psychological education, analyzing the problem in existence, studying the data collected from high institutions all over the country on mental education. From the author's point of view, in order to reverse the status quo to better condition, the education of personality should be adhere to the purpose of it, which includes ideal education, social responsibility education, self-conscience education, learning ability education. By doing so, the effective way of educating students in vocational institute can be found.To further explain this, following content will be sufficient which includes formality of institution construction as guarantee, socialist concept of honor disgrace in essence, self-educating as the main point, campus culture construction as carrier, mental health education as method in forming the sound personality of the students in vocational institutes.
